Data Analyst (T-SQL & AI/ML Insights)

Responsibilities

• Write advanced T-SQL queries to generate KPIs and metrics that power dashboards for customers.
  
  
• Partner with AI/ML teams to translate model outputs into clear, actionable insights.
  
  
• Collaborate with product teams to define metrics frameworks for loan performance, risk, collections, and disbursements.
  
  
• Build data visualizations and dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
  
• Ensure KPIs are accurate, reproducible, and traceable back to data sources.
  
  
• Support ad-hoc analysis for customer onboarding and success teams.
  
  

Tech Skills

• Strong SQL / T-SQL (stored procedures, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning).
  
  
• Data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  
  
• Hands-on with data warehouses/lakes (Azure Synapse, Databricks Delta Lake).
  
  
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows (understanding model outputs, features, KPIs).
  
  
• Scripting for analysis (Python or R).
  
  
• Strong grounding in statistics, financial KPIs, and reporting standards.
